The insulated door leaf is clad in galvanised steel with a PVC coating and complemented by a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is available as an option for THERMO 64/78. Four designs with LABEL BLACK and LABEL INOX decorative panels, made-to-measure dimensions and four THERMO constructions.

Construction and thermal insulation

THERMO HOT 88 — 88 mm door leaf, Ud from 0.60 W/(m²·K). THERMO HOT 78 — Ud from 0.63 W/(m²·K). THERMO 78 — Ud from 0.64 W/(m²·K). THERMO 64 — Ud from 0.77 W/(m²·K).

Door leaf construction

Door leaf with PUR filling, a weather-resistant composite leaf frame and 0.6 mm galvanised steel cladding with a PVC coating.

Dimensions

Made-to-measure doorset dimensions, including the frame: 770–1210 × 1800–2480 mm, in 10 mm increments. Glazing dimensions depend on the design.

Opening and specification

Three adjustable 3D hinges with covers, four anti-lift bolts, a three-point multipoint lock and thermal insulation pads.

Design and glazing

The 2 mm decorative panel comes in LABEL BLACK or LABEL INOX. The insulating glass unit has toughened ESG glass on the outside and a black spacer bar.

Additional options

Thermally insulated aluminium threshold; an aluminium or steel frame is available.
