The insulated door leaf has PVC-coated galvanised steel cladding and a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium door frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is optional for THERMO 64/78. Choose from 11 designs, 18 finishes and two decorative profile frame options: FRAME and FRAME BLACK STR.

Construction and thermal insulation

THERMO HOT 88 — 88 mm leaf, Ud from 0.60 W/(m²·K). THERMO HOT 78 — 78 mm leaf, Ud from 0.63 W/(m²·K). THERMO 78 — 78 mm leaf, Ud from 0.64 W/(m²·K). THERMO 64 — 64 mm leaf, Ud from 0.77 W/(m²·K).

Door leaf construction

The leaf has a PUR core, a weather-resistant composite leaf frame and 0.6 mm PVC-coated galvanised steel cladding.

Dimensions

Made-to-measure overall door dimensions including the frame: 770–1210 × 1800–2480 mm (overall frame width Sc × height Hc). Dimensions are adjusted in 10 mm increments from the standard size for the chosen construction, within these ranges. Glazing dimensions depend on the design: from 112 × 1018 mm for ARENDAL 4/5 to 388 × 1697 mm for ARENDAL 1; the exact dimensions are shown in the design window.

Opening and equipment

Standard equipment includes a multipoint lock with three-point locking, 4 anti-lift bolts and adjustable 3D hinges. ARENDAL 1 has four hinges as standard; for the other models, the number depends on the height.

Design and glazing

FRAME is an aluminium profile frame in the leaf colour; FRAME BLACK STR has a textured black painted finish. The glazing units have four panes, an outer pane of ESG toughened glass and a black spacer bar.

Additional options

Any ARENDAL design can be ordered without a glazing unit, retaining the decorative frames. Steel or aluminium door frames, made-to-measure sizes and two-colour finishes are available.

The Ud value depends on the chosen construction. Final specifications, dimensions, opening direction, RC2 rating and equipment are confirmed in the quotation.
