The insulated door leaf is clad in galvanised steel with a PVC coating and complemented by a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is available as an option for THERMO 64/78. Five distinctive designs with vertical glazing, 18 finishes and officially published configurations for each design.

Construction and thermal insulation

THERMO HOT 88 — 88 mm leaf, Ud from 0.60 W/(m²·K). THERMO HOT 78 — 78 mm leaf, Ud from 0.63 W/(m²·K). THERMO 78 — 78 mm leaf, Ud from 0.64 W/(m²·K). THERMO 64 — 64 mm leaf, Ud from 0.77 W/(m²·K).

Door leaf construction

Door leaf with PUR filling, a weather-resistant composite leaf frame and 0.6 mm galvanised steel cladding with a PVC coating.

Dimensions

Made-to-measure dimensions including the frame: 770–1210 × 1800–2480 mm, in 10 mm increments. For standard leaf width 90, the glazing dimensions are 100–160 × 1800 mm.

Opening and specification

Standard specification: 3 adjustable 3D hinges with covers, 4 anti-lift pins, a three-point multipoint lock and thermal insulation pads.

Design and glazing

The 2 mm decorative panel is available in LABEL BLACK or LABEL INOX. The insulating glass units use toughened ESG glass on the outside and a black spacer bar.

Additional options

Thermally insulated aluminium threshold; an aluminium or steel frame is available.

The Ud value applies to an unglazed door of reference size 1230 × 2180 mm with an aluminium frame. Performance for a glazed door, the dimensions, opening direction and specification are confirmed in the quotation.
