The insulated door leaf has galvanised steel cladding with a PVC coating and a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is optional for THERMO 64/78. Four unglazed designs, 18 decorative finishes and official images of specific STAMP or LABEL configurations.

Technical information

Construction and thermal insulation

THERMO HOT 88 — Ud 0.60 W/(m²·K), THERMO HOT 78 — 0.63, THERMO 78 — 0.64 and THERMO 64 — 0.77 W/(m²·K). Door leaf thickness: 88, 78, 78 and 64 mm respectively.

Dimensions

Available widths: 80N, 80, 90N, 90, 100 and made-to-measure. Custom doorset dimensions, including the frame, are specified as 770–1210 mm wide and 1800–2480 mm high, in 10 mm increments. Height adjustments are not available for BIENE 1; its maximum width is 1156 mm with a steel frame or 1178 mm with an aluminium frame.

Standard specification

The door leaf has a PUR core, 0.6 mm galvanised steel cladding with a UV-resistant PVC coating, 3 adjustable 3D hinges, 4 anti-lift bolts, a three-point multipoint lock, thermally insulating covers and a thermally insulated aluminium threshold.

Design and detailing

Available options: STAMP BLACK, STAMP INOX, LABEL BLACK and LABEL INOX. STAMP combines an embossed detail with a decorative inlay; LABEL uses an applied decorative inlay with a subtle 3D effect. Unglazed collection.

Additional options

Pull handle restrictions apply to BIENE 1 and BIENE 2. The exact choice of lever handles, pull handles, lock cylinders, cover plates, frame and opening arrangement is confirmed in the quote.
