The insulated door leaf is clad in galvanised steel with a PVC coating and has a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is available as an option for THERMO 64/78. Choose from four designs and 72 configurations, with 18 images for each design.

Technical information

Construction and thermal insulation

THERMO HOT 88 — Ud 0.60 W/(m²·K), THERMO HOT 78 — 0.63, THERMO 78 — 0.64 and THERMO 64 — 0.77 W/(m²·K). Door leaf thickness: 88, 78, 78 and 64 mm respectively.

Dimensions

Overall doorset dimensions, including the frame (Sc × Hc): 770–1210 × 1800–2480 mm. Dimensions are adjusted in 10 mm increments from the standard Sc and Hc of the selected construction, within these ranges. ROTTERDAM 1 and 2 are available from Sc = 1000 mm; glazing dimensions depend on the design and construction.

Specification

Standard specification: 3 adjustable 3D hinges with covers, 4 anti-lift bolts, a three-point multipoint lock and thermal insulation covers. ROTTERDAM 3 and 4 have four hinges as standard.

Design and glazing

The configurations shown feature LABEL BLACK or LABEL INOX decorative panels. Insulating glass units comprise four panes, with an outer toughened ESG pane and a black spacer bar.

Additional options

The PUR-filled door leaf has 0.6 mm galvanised steel cladding with a PVC finish and a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium or steel frame is available.
