The insulated door leaf is clad in galvanised steel with a PVC coating and complemented by an insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is available as an option for THERMO 64/78. Five UTRECHT designs with 18 available decorative finishes; one official image of a specific configuration has been published for each design.

Construction and insulation

THERMO HOT 88 — 88 mm leaf, Ud from 0.60 W/(m²·K). THERMO HOT 78 — 78 mm leaf, Ud from 0.63 W/(m²·K). THERMO 78 — 78 mm leaf, Ud from 0.64 W/(m²·K). THERMO 64 — 64 mm leaf, Ud from 0.77 W/(m²·K).

Door leaf construction

Door leaf with PUR filling, a weather-resistant composite leaf frame and 0.6 mm galvanised steel cladding with a PVC coating.

Dimensions

Made-to-measure overall door dimensions including the frame (Sc × Hc): 770–1210 × 1800–2480 mm. Dimensions are adjusted in 10 mm increments from the standard Sc and Hc dimensions of the selected construction, within these ranges. The UTRECHT panel glass dimensions of 200 × 1300 mm apply to standard width 90 and the standard height specified in the manufacturer’s tables on pages 60–61.

Opening and specification

Standard specification: 3 adjustable 3D hinges with covers, 4 anti-lift pins, a three-point multipoint lock and thermally insulating escutcheons.

Design and glazing

LABEL BLACK STR and LABEL INOX are available as 2 mm decorative panels. Glazing units comprise four panes, with an outer toughened ESG pane and a black spacer bar.

Additional options

Insulated aluminium threshold; an aluminium or steel frame is available.

The Ud value depends on the selected construction. Final specifications, dimensions, opening side and configuration are confirmed in the quotation.
